Understanding and controlling the nonlinear coupling in micro/nanomechanical resonators are of great importance to exploitation advanced devices. The recently observed electrostatic parametric is a very interesting topic. However, theoretical model remains unclear. This paper explicitly derives electrostatically induced dispersive which reveals ability tune bifurcation topology capacitive analyzed based on multiple-time-scale method.
